- You purchased the same eSIM plan more than once (duplicate).
- Your device is not compatible with eSIM or is locked to a specific carrier.
- You changed your mind or canceled your travel plans.
- The eSIM was partially used or expired.
- You encountered poor signal or network quality not caused by system error.
- You did not follow the installation or activation instructions correctly.
Once an eSIM QR code or activation profile has been delivered, the sale is final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
β Refund Eligibility β Technical Failure Only
A refund may be granted only if the eSIM cannot be activated due to a verified technical failure from our system or provider, and not due to user error or device incompatibility.
To qualify for a refund:
- You must report the issue within 7 days of purchase.
- You must provide proof (screenshots, error messages, device info).
- Our technical team must verify that the failure is due to a system/provider error.
If validated, Syris will either:
- Issue a replacement eSIM, or
